ENGLISH ROSIQUE 1,000 mm Fibre Bale Opener & Feeder.
Designed for the opening, loosening and continuous feeding of textile fibres to downstream processing equipment such as carding machines.
The unit is equipped with a 1,000 mm useful working width and comprises the following components:
– 1,000 mm useful working width.
– Multiple-feed / multiple-section feeding system.
– Condenser for pneumatic fibre conveying and controlled feeding.
– Fibre storage silo for intermediate accumulation and continuous feeding.
– 10 opening cylinders, providing progressive opening and loosening of the fibre material.
– 7 hp discharge fan/turbine for pneumatic conveying of the opened fibres to the following stage of the production line.
– The machine is suitable for the preparation and feeding of textile fibres prior to carding or other nonwoven and fibre-processing operations. The opening section is designed to break down and loosen compressed fibre material, while the silo provides an intermediate buffer to ensure a more uniform and continuous feed to the downstream equipment.
