– ROQUE ESTEBAN Carding Machine, with a 2,000 mm working width, loader with electronic weighing system, card with three 90 mm diameter feed rollers, 600 mm diameter main cylinder with one set of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders, one 120 mm diameter cylinder together with one 500 mm passage to a 1,000 mm diameter drum, with three sets of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders, one 500 mm passage to a 1,500 mm diameter drum with five sets of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders and one 350 mm diameter stripping roller, 1,000 mm diameter discharge roller with saw-tooth roller, adjustable levelling device, pneumatic straw chopper to the louvre conveyor leading to the second section.
– Second section, consisting of a louvre conveyor feeding onto a conveyor apron, three 90 mm diameter feed rollers, a 600 mm diameter drum with one set of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders, one 120 mm diameter cylinder and a 500 mm passage to the second 1,500 mm diameter drum with five sets of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders, with a 350 mm diameter cleaning roller, 1,200 mm diameter take-off roller and discharge with saw-tooth roller to the Blamir.
– GUASCH Blamir, with a 2,500 mm inlet width and 4,200 mm outlet width, equipped with PVC conveyor aprons.
– MALIMO MALIWATT Type, manufactured in 1985, gauge 14, with a usable working width of 3,800 mm. Operates with three folding devices at 1,400 rpm and 400 V. Approximate production, depending on the raw material: 200–250 kg/h.
– Overall installation dimensions, including the enclosed work areas (4 × 4 × 5 m): 30.5 m long × 15 m total width. The installation can also accommodate a fibre opening machine (Diablo opener).
